Edufairs Recruitment Tour Turkey is owned and operated by experienced and professional fair organizers with over 20 years of fair coordination experience and over 40 years experience in the field of international education between them.
Inspired to take the fair experience to a new level for both schools and students, Izzet Aslantatar, Ozdemir Icin and Dawn Borndahl Çimen combined their collective knowledge and expertise. Edufairs was born.
Their aim is to give schools the ultimate fair experience: participation in an outstanding exhibition, opportunity to brand institutions in this important market, showcase programs and specials to a widespread audience and meet students specifically targeted for specific curriculum and country. Ultimately: to succeed in the Turkish market.
An important aspect to Edufairs Recruitment Tour is that the events have no agent bias. Edufairs understands the important role that local agents play in the study abroad market in Turkey and encourages schools to welcome agent partners to assist them on their booths.
It is universally acknowledged that Turkey is an amazing market for education recruitment but that doesn’t make the recruiting process any less daunting for schools as they try to navigate through the murky waters of agents, students and protocol in order to properly showcase their institutions.
“We want to make the process easy and enjoyable for schools” says Borndahl Çimen, who is a Canadian transplant living in Turkey and who knows firsthand how overwhelming the market can be. “Most importantly, we want the schools to see results.”
