Events & Activities
The stand system will be established with 2.48 metres height as surrounded by the aluminium construction and panels in compliance with square meter rented in the participations with stands in closed area. Stand Destiny will be written as standard. With the electrical cabling and trio outlet 220 W free energy and 3 W spot illuminations will be provided for every 3 m2.In the participations without stand in the closed area, the electrical cabling will be brought to the energy control box, free electricity will be provided for every m2. The ground will be covered with carpets.
Free Services
Exhibition Booklet
The booklet on which the promotions and advertisements of companies that participate in fair take part will be published in Turkish & English. The promotion writings will be prepared by the exhibitors, and are required not to exceed 250 words in total.
Announcement and Music System
There is central music and announcement system in the fair ground.
Information Desk Services
The information desk will be always open during the exhibition period in order to provide information to the exhibitors and visitors and to render the general translation services.
Security
Security is provided for 24 hours in the exhibition centre.
Invitation and Name Tags
The forms to be sent by the organiser should be completed by exhibitors for the request of invitation and name tags.
Decoration
Stand original designs and the internal decorations will be made by the exhibitors.
Exhibition Order
The companies that will establish special stands should be approved by PARANTEZ in terms of conformity and all of the necessary studies will be carried out by the exhibitors.
Stand Installation and Removal
Install : The exhibitors could start to erect their stand decorations at 09:00 on the date 1April 2011. All of the workings should be completed until 00:00 on the date of April 2011.
Remove : The exhibitors should remove all of the materials between the hours 9:00 - 00:00 in the closing day of fair, and those that erected special stands should remove the same until 18:00 in the day following the exhibition closing.
Forklift & Crane Services
The forklift & crane services will be provided by PARANTEZ in the area For the forklift and crane services, the priority order will be determined according to the respective places of the exhibitors in the area.
Cleaning
The general cleaning of the fair ground will be carried out by organisation.
