Hiromi Uehara in Istanbul

Japanese Pianist Hiromi Uehara, is giving a concert in Cemal Resit Rey (CRR) Concert Hall on May 6th in Istanbul.CRR is located in Beyoglu district of Istanbul which is on the European side of the city.According to the declaration from CRR, Tony Grey and Martin Valihora will acompany Hiromi Uehara.

Uehara allured Jazz world with his first albume “ Another Mind” in 2003. The albume sold over 100 thousands and selected as the “Albume of the Year” in Japan and became Golden Record. Uehara the master of key instruments and the composer , has been awarded many times for his other 4 albumes.Uehara who performed improvisation with Chich Corea, reveals his inspirations as Bach, Oscar Peterson, Franz Liszt, Ahmad Jamal and besides Sly, Family Stone, Dream Theater and King Crimson.
